U.S. green cards are available for EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, and EB-3 employment.

EB-3 (Green Card) Eligibility

You are eligible for:

1. EB-3 Professional - if you have earned a Bachelor's degree.

2. EB-3 Skilled Worker - if you have at least 2 years of training or work experience.

3. EB-3 Unskilled Worker - if you have less than 2 years of training or work experience.

EB-2 (Green Card) Eligibility

You are eligible for:

1. EB-2 Advanced Degree - if you have earned a Master's or Ph.D. degree.

2. EB-2 Exceptional Ability - if you have exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business with more than 10 years of work experience.

EB-1 (Green Card) Eligibility

You are eligible for:

1. EB-1 Exceptional Ability - if you have exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics through sustained national or international acclaim.

2. EB-1 Outstanding Professors and Researchers - if you have outstanding achievements in a particular academic field and you also have at least 3 years experience in teaching or research.

3. EB-1 Manager or Executive - if you are an exceptional manager or executive outside the U.S. or in the U.S.
